Two rob woman at knife-point after asking for directions

HELPING strangers turned out to be a mistake for a businesswoman who was robbed at knife-point after giving directions to two men on a motorcycle, reported Harian Metro.

The 36-year-old businesswoman had got off a taxi in front of her house in Pandan Jaya at about 5am when she was approached by the two men.

They asked her for directions and just as she was about to answer, one of them whipped out a knife and demanded she hand over her money and valuables.

The woman, fearing for her safety, quickly handed over all her valuables, and the two men sped off on their motorcycle.

According to the report, the victim suffered losses worth RM25,000, including her handphone, cash and personal documents.
